SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-7  days. We do ship on Saturdays, . Orders placed Sunday will ship out Monday. Please note - if you choose the Overnight Shipping option, your items will ship out the same day only if the order is placed by 3:00pm EST, after that they will ship out the following day. We do not currently offer an Overnight Saturday delivery option, so orders placed on Friday before 12noon will arrive the following Monday.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Worldclasscostumes.net cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

RETURNS

Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed & with original tags & packaging).

Worldclasscostumes  will take back merchandise within 30 days, given that it's in the same condition you got it in with original tags and packaging.

Shipping fees will not be credited unless the error was on our end.

Processing returns can take a few days, please be patient.

No returns of Costumes and Costume Accessories will be authorized or accepted from 10/15 through 11/30. All Halloween sales are final.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We will refund the return shipping if a copy of the shipping receipt is included. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded.
