Halloween Costumes and Costume Accessories purchased between Oct 15 and Oct 31 are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All costume purchases made during this period are final sale.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items returned for a refund will incur a 25 % restocking fee

Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of these items, they are ineligible for returns.
Eligible merchandise can be returned to Worldclasscostumes for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition in which they were received (unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags & packaging). Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (see list of final sale items above). Refer to the full return policy for more detail and exceptions.
We will issue a store credit or refund for eligible returned items, as well as associated state tax. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end.
Items returned in an unsaleable condition will be disposed of and no refund or store credit will be issued.
Worldclasscostumes does currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend you place a separate order and request a return authorization.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Shipped
We care about quality! Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery to notify us of the issue. Please include pictures of the defective item with your request so that we can take immediate action. A team member will supply you with a return authorization form and shipping label, as well as assist with replacing the damaged item.
Should you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact our team at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery to receive your return authorization, shipping label, and have your replacement items sent out to you.
How to Start a Return
To obtain a return authorization, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase and provide the details of your return. Once you receive your return authorization # and have filled out the form supplied by our team, you can send your item back. A return shipping label will be supplied to you and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return
Items returned for a refund will incur a 12% restocking fee
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 days to receive and process your return. Bank processing times may vary.
